Hailing from Nashville, Carolyn received a Bachelor of Arts in merchandising and marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Having spent more than 20 years working in technology sales and the marketing industry, Carolyn draws upon her corporate success and experience to craft genuine, strong partnerships with her customers, effortlessly delivering smooth transactions time and time again. Because of her reputation as a dedicated and devoted advocate, many of Carolyn's customers become repeat customers.
After spending her first six years as a general residential REALTOR®, Carolyn worked as a new home specialist with a national custom builder. She received numerous accolades, including Rookie of the Year, Sales Consultant of the Year awards, Community of the Year, and Customer Service awards. In addition, Carolyn earned a sales award from her county's association for being a multimillion-dollar producer. Drawing upon her experience as a project manager in corporate America, Carolyn is adept at knowing when to take the lead and when to work as part of a team. Yet she always remains focused, first and foremost, on cultivating trusting and sustainable relationships with both her customers and colleagues, adhering to the principles of integrity, accountability, passion, and responsiveness to all sellers, buyers, and other brokers.
Carolyn is a Certified Relocation Professional and has been recognized as a proficient preparer of Broker Price Opinions for local company relocations. A member of the Pinellas REALTOR® Organization, Carolyn is a past president of the Williamson County (Tennessee) Women's Council of REALTORS®.
Together with her husband, Chris, an executive chef and real estate agent, they form the "Tasillo Team." They enjoy matching their customers with their dream homes, especially those on the waterfront. Carolyn and Chris enjoy boating to discover and explore different islands in the Gulf of Mexico, as well as visiting new restaurants to sample their menu offerings. They spend time giving back to the community in many ways, such as rescuing and raising golden and flat-coated retrievers, regularly serving meals to the homeless, and assisting their elderly neighbors.
